Bespoke items
Unless you have reserved an already made piece, your feathery creation will be bespoke.
We use natural products and therefore ask you to consider that, as no two feathers are the
same and, as some feathers are hard to get hold of, it may be a challenge to exactly
replicate a design… but it ́ll be close…. So, if there is a particular aspect of a design that you
simply love (that one flicky feather, or the flashes of iridescent green) then be sure to let us
know when ordering so we can try our best to include the bits you liked best!
Processing Times
Our Processing times depend on the size and complexity of your order. Please discuss this
with us before placing the order expressing any time limitations you may be under, so we
can endeavor to accommodate you!
Payment
When placing an order over £100 we ask you to pay 50% of the order total (not including
shipping costs) up front. We will then start to make your order. We ask for the other 50%,
plus shipping costs, to be paid on completion of the order. On receipt of the final payment
we will ship your order to you.
Shipping
Shipping costs can vary greatly depending on your order. An estimation of shipping can be
provided when you make your order.
